Gaming DS game question?

What critiria do you look on a game?

mine is graphics

I like RPG's so I always watch battle videos to see if they are turn-based. And if they are, I forget about the game completely.

I also check graphics, but not so much. I like good 2D graphics over 3D personally. I really wished Rune Factory had better graphics, or even sprites.

Story. Gameplay. Graphics. Music.

That's in the order of which I think is the most important. There are times though when I ignore the story and play the game for just the gameplay(like EBA). I put the music on last because I usually just mute the thing. If the game does have exceptionally great music, that's the only time I actually try to listen to it.

I look at the genre first… and then things like graphics, playability, et cetera. Online reviews by players (not editors) are great.

It's all about the gameplay. Although if the game looks and sounds nice that's a welcome bonus

Check out Final Fantasy Tactics A2 that just got dumped. It's a turn based RPG... sorta. Lovely 2D with some really nice 3D effects sprinkled into the mix. Really nice looking.

Gameplay and graphics.

Gameplay > Graphics.

Graphics is also a necessity.
