Hacking DS Cart Shop

I recently purchased a supercard dstwo from DS Cart Shop. I chose them since they were listed as an official dealer of that particular ds cart. on their website, it states that the item was delivered. wtf??? I haven't received anything, and it's only been like three days since I placed the order. could that be a mistake? I've emailed them but haven't gotten a response yet. has anyone used them before? thanks.

Delivered means shipped. Delivered does not mean it arrives.
