It is a korean release of the japanese rpg Naruto Shippuden: Dairansen! Kage Bunsen Emaki.

Don't get to excited people, http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/home/944132.html. This is the Korean version of Naruto Shippuden: Dairansen! Kage Bunsen Emaki. It is Naruto in the style of "The Legacy of Goku" series.

EDIT: Since this game has been released in Korean it could mean USA or EUR might get it in 2010 but I really don't know, its just a speculation of mine.
