It has much cleaner graphics than Indy. More colors and sharper looking to me. It also plays better due to the different suits and having some more character specific interactions and moves.

Best lego game yet.

Is it just like the PS2 just lesser graphics? Because I remember the Lego Star Wars was like a lesser version on DS where the the levels had like the same room over and over again. So is this just like the other versions or a lesser version?

I'm not a big fan of the Lego Batman franchise (I prefer Lego Star Wars) but I must admit this game is pretty fun. It's just as good as Lego Indy and Lego Star Wars: TCS. I also noticed that the game also uses Tim Burton/Danny Elfman's Batman theme which is my favourite Batman theme song.

However, the game's storyboard sequences is not as fun to watch as the CGI sequences from Lego Indy.

Been playing the PS2 version of this and Indy the last couple of days, this is a much better game IMHO.

Watching the vid in this thread, I was just wondering why Batman dies when his feet touch the water...WTF is that about?

With all the good games that came out yesterday, this is the one I couldn't put down!

I'm liking it a little better than Lego SW so far, and I just get so damn addicted to trying to find all the canisters, bricks, unlockables, etc.

This might keep me occupied for a while,

I played 4 LEGO games on PC/consoles and this is my first DS LEGO game. I found the attacks really slow, so I grabbed the 360 version and had so much fun.

While two versions share the same story, game mechanics is different along with map design. That's a great plus because I wouldn't feel like playing the same game all over again.

But still, I think the attacks are slow.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
