From looking at the boxart I almost believe this must be "Trauma Center: Under the Hood"....

...I hope I'm wrong because otherwise that would be ONE STRANGE but above all, BORING game!

IT is a lot like gearhead garage, except imho looks better. I really do hope for an english version of the game because I would def play it.

The games site does have an english option so maybe it will eventually get released in english

Seems to be a European game not a Japanese one. You can really tell because the cars don't all look like Jap crap.
