Yes no wifi in the usa and jap versions.

Hmm... because the name's not " Konami Arcade Classics"? That was the PSX version's name? Well I'm not sure but that BoxArt seems to be an uncompleted one when this game's just under translation... and that logo too (The WFC one!). So, that game's name might be "Konami Classics Series: Arcade Hits"?
