I haven't play either but I've seen gameplay from both and can't decide which I should buy since I can only afford one. If you have played both please let me know which you though was a better game overall. Thanks in advance.
 
Well Ive only played them on PC, so I dont know if theres any major difference.

Parallel lines allows you to exit the vehicle and shot stuff (GTA clone), but does it quite badly.
San Fransisco is more of a pure racing game with a twist - you can swap vehicles at will (and its required on some missions).

So overall, SF is a million times better imo. If I want a GTA clone (PL) - I play GTA!
 
I pick San Francisco
Parrelel Lines has out of the car action but feels old and when you compare it to other games in that style.
