Hardware Driven nuts by windows 10 clean install!

I had this Critical_Process_Died BSOD whenever when I was playing games. Afterwards my system files got deleted like Windows defender and edge. I thought it must've been a virus so I clean installed. After 3 clean installs the critical Process died bsod just randomly appears without even gaming and fucks up the system. I also checked my hard disk for errors and there were some but after repairing again system files funked up.

Can anybody assist me here? I only wanted to play games on my system.

I'd check memory and hdd first of all.

Unplug the ram sticks from PC and plug them back in(While the PC is turned off obviously)
