Homebrew Drider homebrew problem

So im trying to get a ebook reader onto my 3ds but the files are formatted in makefile and the guy says you need 3dstool,banermaker and make a rom but i dont know how any of thoose work or what im supposed to do to turn it into a cia file

Just click on Releases on the right side of that page
and download the zip file.
Unpack it and you have your cia file…
