I was surfing on ebay and I found this new Dreamshell adapter version 2!

Does anyone know more about it?

The main difference is the professional material and case, unlike the old ones that were "hand-made"...

But my curiosity is about some pictures where you can find the adapter inserted mysteriously on a PC USB port..?!
How is that possible if the adapter's plug is made to fit on a Dreamcast Serial plug?!

If it's anything like my first broken Dreamcast SD adapter, it wont work and it's filled with a sticky white substance.

If you're using them for disc images perhaps, but they're useful for other things e.g. backing up saves.

sd support/software wouldnt matter as the port is capped at 2mbps, its not an ideal product if you intend on running games.

I think it is about the "Slogan" Dreamcast Host for all Regions.....

It does not seems it has a "combined" USB/Dreamcast Connector.

Product read speed is almost 670kb/sec (tested with DreamShell) while original optical drive is almost 940kbsec (tested with DreamShell) so yes you can have some skippings in "huge-amount-of-read-data" game parts (such as in-game videos).

My big curiosity is that picture where you can see the device inserted on a PC!
They claim the device is compatible with Windows, IOS, Linux and Android!
