The Dreamcast doesn't read DVDs, any games which are larger than a CD have had something ripped or downsampled to fit on a CD by the group that released it.

Some games are bigger then 700MB, do you "overburn" ?

Yes you need those higher capacity CDR's but if I recall pretty much all games fit on a regular CDR, it's been a long time since I burned dreamcast games.

all other games fit fine on a 700mb cdr.

Even if games are 708MB or 725MB, etc..
I`m getting tired of wasting cd`s that don`t burn proper.

you need to use discjuggler then all games will burn fine, but its 5 years ago i burned my last dreamcast game

There's also a version of d2 floating around that fits on regular CDR, but obviously you need more of them, and you have to know certain spots in the game to save manually so you can swap the disc or it will crash if you hit the swap point (since it wasn't actually coded into the game to swap at that point)
