okay, ive beaten all the storys (all 4 characters) and went through with guy and did all the quests, but that quest to obtain zeke hasnt shown up, any ideas to help me out?

Not sure, although you could just download the save file with everything unlocked from the downloads section and be done with it. It also has all the bullets.
