What are the best set-ups in dragon quest IX?
I have at the moment : Level 17 Minstrel (me), Level 11 Mage, Level 10 priest, level 13 martial artist.
Are there any other good set ups that i can use?
    Thanks - Adam

My current set up is my Minstrel at level 13, My theif at level 11 and my priest at level 11 and my warrior at level 11. Its a pretty good setup IMO. They all hit pretty hard, and the priest can hit hard if he needs to, but mostly he's for healing. [IMG]

Make sure one of your characters maxes shields and change it to Paladin the moment you have a chance. It is incredibly useful during the main story. Sort of loses that in post-game though.

It costs nothing to change it, you gotta beat the curse at coffinwell, then you unlock a new questish thing, so you can unlock the vocation changing guy [IMG] And yes, you can do it whenever you want.
