Homebrew DPG2 video format for moonshell

Which free video converters support the creation of DPG2 files for playback in moonshell? I've heard DPG2 files seek much faster due to some kind of GOP List in the format. Super currently only supports DPG1.

xilisoft dpg can convert to dpg2 but its not exactly free. From the wikipedia page im guessing that dpg2 and anything after it would have the GOP. so mabye try the dpgtools that comes with moonshell 2 I think that converts to dpg4

you know, the included moonshell 2 converter converts it to dpg4, which is far better than dpg2

Man, sorry botherin ya but, what the hell is GOP LIST?
It appeared to me after convertin dozen of video stuff into dpg format.
