try downloading the moonshell 2.10 stable. It has a dpg converter inside it.

Personally I use BatchDPG, it always seems to work out ok for me. Comes with most Moonshell zips. DPGenc works out every now and then too. But most of the vids on my card are either acquired from another site (dunno if I can mention it) or ripped from Youtube and converted via BatchDPG. It is a pain in the hole to get these things working 100%, but you should get something watchable most times.

Incidentally, what movie are you trying to convert? If it's on the site I use it'd save you time and hassle.

I may get smacked right in the chops with the ol' warn hammer for this but try www.GBATMW.net Register on the forums and you can get a tonne of movies in DPG, saves time and effort. But as for converting them yourself, as I said I'm not an expert. Best work I ever did was on a Dead Fantasy music video. Anything more than 3 mins long throws my head into a spin and it always desynchs. Sorry.
