Hacking DPG conversion help

First of all i am using batchDPG and trying to make a FLV video convert to dpg for moonshell. everytime i try and convert the video it starts the process, but then says: the conversion failed and to open the video in a media player for an error message. WTF!?? someone, please, im begging you to help!

Are you sure you have an .flv codec?

Have you tried converting anything else besides flv? If you can convert anything but FLV, you're missing a codec or one of the required things like avisynth or something.
