Hello.

Does DownloadMii still work?

Filfat, the developer of DownloadMii, has announced that it is leaving the 3DS homebrew scene and development of DownloadMii has ceased. This means that the homebrew application no longer works.

From August 2015.I do not think it works...


But it is "Open Source".
If you like,you can continue his Work.

Your best options are likely to scan QR codes from homebrew.space, or give Universal-Updater based stuff a shot
