Gaming download play

Can someone tell me can you download play games from ds lite if that game is on a flashcard linker? Is it safe, future firmware vise?

Yes, it's safe.

There is no way for the 3DS to know if the other system is transmitting from a legitimate game cartridge or a pirated version of the game on a flashcart.

Its called a custom member title just so ya know

And yea it should be fine....as SoulSnatcher said the 3ds shouldn't be able to tell if the other ds has a real game or not

Zelda Spirit Tracks, Super Mario 64 DS & New Mario Bros worked fine. I couldn't get Mario Kart DS to load up though.

Mario Kart works just fine, since I haven't bought any 3DS games yet, I've been playing Mario Kart from my DS Lite with M3 Sakura and it works just fine. =3
