So, this option does include ticket.db, all installed cia and gameplay saving data?

One side question, is Decrypt9WIP emunand backup method same as this emunand tool?
https://gbatemp.net/threads/emunand-tool-release-and-support-thread.359239/

I think Decrypt9WIP is much more convenient though.
The installed cias are stored in the Nintendo 3ds folder along with the save data. The nand backup saves the ticket.db and the key it used for those games and their saves. So you need to back up the nand and the Nintendo 3ds folder(at least the folder inside for your emunand)

Hmm, so we can't dump it, but since the OTP's hash is still left in the SHA register at A9LH runtime, we could at least verify an existing OTP.bin on the SD, right?
I can consider this for OTPHelper, it has no place in Decrypt9.

Which dumping option should I choose if I want to keep a full backup of my whole Emunand system (including ticket.db, the cia I installed and the save data)?
Read the readme, goddammit! :/ The option is called "Dump EmuNAND"

After having looked at the reply at#2883, it appears that the option of "dump EmuNAND" alone does not fit my goal as it cannot be used to backup the installed CIA and savedata.

So yeah, I do not get the point of losing temper with due respect. I know I might be too noob but a loud and clear reply like #2883 will do.

Anyway, much appreciated.

Grateful man. :grog:
Simply one reply and I know what I should do next.

Have another beer my fellow:grog::grog:

oh right, thanks, I probably should have mentioned that as well.

Is @Shadowtrance build "up-to-date" I only really care about NAND backup and restore for sys and emunand I'm never going to use xorpad or anything else really.

@d0k3
It seems that you don't have an official GodMode9 thread, so i'll just ask here.

1) Is it possible to initiate network/wifi access during a9lh bootup?
2) If yes, how feasible is it to integrate an ftp mode into GodMode9, or is it completely out of the scope of the project?

These failed for me:
ncch_7x_key
nand_twl_key
nand_ctrn_key

Keys I have:
  • slot0x1BkeyX
  • Slot0x05KeyY
  • slot0x18keyX
  • slot0x25KeyX
Can someone help me?

It's case sensitive. The file names should have a lower case "s" in slot and capital "K" in key.

Hi! Excuse me, but everytime I try to do a SysNAND restore it says that "No usable file was found!" and I have my NAND.bin file in the root of my microSD Card. I created that backup using EmmuNAND9 (a program of your creation) and I was wondering if you could help me :)
Thanks!

do you have a "Decrypt9" folder at the root? try putting it in that.

Sorry to bother you, but it still says the same error :( Should I use a different version of Decrypt9? Maybe that'll help but I don't know :/

Well, that didn't fix it. Did I do this right? You just paste the keys in a file with HxD and save it as the .bin file correct? Don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Could someone PM me the files? Pasting the keys don't seem to work for me.
