Hacking Downgrading PSP 3001

Can I downgrade a PSP 3001 with a hackable motherboard from 6.38 to 6.35? I don't care how risky the method is. Is there any way to do this?

How do you want to do it ? As far as I know, there is no method to downgrade the 6.38 (except for pandora)
