Hacking Downgrading from 11.6

There's no reason I can think of to be on 11.4 after already installing CFW.

These days, a CTRNAND transfer is normally used to fix bricked devices. The intent is not to downgrade. In the old days, it was used to downgrade to system versions, like 2.1.0, that are no longer needed.
