Hacking Downgrading 9.8

I was lucky enough to order a bunch of new 3ds's they were all on 9.8 so this is my first time trying to do a downgrade, ive read most of the information on these forums but theres too much information and many are outdated so can someone briefly the steps i should take to downgrade to 9.2 on a brand new 3ds and get it running a9hl
