Hacking downgraded wii advice needed

Hi guys a pal of mine has downgraded his wii following one of the stickies on here and he has the twilight hack and homebrew installed, but now he can not get into his wii settings all he gets is a page that says the web page cannot be found any advice would be helpfull guysthanks

he semi-bricked is wii. did he pick the right region when he downgraded...?

don't worry, it's easily fixable. just change the region back to what he had, and follow the link that Slowking posted.

Just spoken to him he has picked the wrong region oh well thanks guys
