Hacking Downgrade to 9.7 using Softmod? (N3ds)

Hi,

My friend accidentally updated his new 3ds SysNAND to 11.2.

Is there a way to downgrade it without hard mod ? My new 3DS XL is running 9.2(Sys) and 11.2 (Emu), if that helps

If only there was a search function, or tutorials, or hundreds of other threads which asked this same question... If only those things existed, you'd know the answer would be "No way in hell, kid."

It's not impossible just requires field runners and a old 3ds with cfw already on it...

does it have to be with a dsiware? because theirs ways to get to the homebrew launcher on 11.2. couldent we just use the downgrade app?
or is a matter of permission?

If we could just use a downgrade app on 11.0+, everyone's lives would be a lot easier. However, we can't. Thanks Nintendo.
