Hacking Downgrade help

I just twilight hacked my wii and got the homebrew chan installed but when I try to do safe 3.3U it hangs on loading and I have to hard reset. I think its cause I have 3.3U on it but I don't know how to downgrade it. Any help would be nice, thnak you.

(http://www.iol.ie/~taz/3.3u_Update_Fix_____WITH_out______IOS16.zip) download djtaz pack and follow instructions. You will need to get IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad (google) as well.
