i have see many tutorials, some with hard hacking and other with only soft hacking, search the best safety tutorial to downgrade 9.9.0 to 9.2.0

So now i have my N3DS on 9.9.0-26E with Homebrew configured for be launched when i press hold D-Pad (Down) while the system is booting

and i can access on Homebrew Launcher 1.1.1

but what i need to do now for downgrade safety 9.9.0 to 9.2 plz ?

follow your tutorial

I'd definitely recommend following this guide.

If you want homebrew on 11.1 you have 3 options, either https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(no-browser) or http://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-u...-your-exploit-games-ready-for-slowhax.450675/ (the latter hasn't been tested on 11.1 but worth a try)
