Hacking Doubt to update SysNAND

I'm usingAtmosphère 0.9.4
My SysNAND its on 4.1.0
My EmuNAND its on 9.0.1
I've 5 burnt fuses (i always updated with ChoiDujourNX)
Now, i wanna play some original games online. Should i update my SysNAND online officially with the Nintendo servers or update with ChoiDujourNX?
If i update my SysNAND with ChoiDujourN, will Nintendo find out my Switch is hacked?
What's the best way to do?

i never run any cfw, homebrew or backups etc on sysnand so only option is to do it officially.
but don’t quote me on that, it’s just what i do.
as long as you do all your nefarious other activities on emunand with 90dns/incognito/stealth mode etc in play then you should be fine
