I wouldn't order any carts yet, latest developments shows that it's possible to downgrade without a NAND back up. Just a matter of the tools being released. There is a few threads around here about it.

Don't forget about ironhax. That's a good method as well if you want to constantly change your home menu themes. All you have to do is launch the browserhax and choose the install from old eshop option in the homebrew launcher and search for iron fall. Then you'd just have to start the game once, go back to the browser had one last time and choose to install ironhax from the homebrew menu and you'll be all set. To use the game if you prefer that way.

But when you mix sky3ds with rxtools, it's a pretty nice combo if you don't want a bunch of cias cluttering your home menu or if you run out of space

We don't know when anything is going to be released yet.

Exploits have been found and revealed and some peeps are working on a way to downgrade from 10.3 to 9.2 (Which allows you to do CFW)
