All you have to do is add my friend code for your region, and reply with your friend code and region
PLEASE refer to the list provided in OP instead of what's posted elsewhere in thread. People keep quoting this post asking me to help but my notes no longer send, hence why OP lists me as "CURRENTLY NOT WORKING".

ive been told it might take a while to send but make sure streetpass and special messages are on and add the friend as a viewer (lower down in settings im still waiting for mine but i think itll be here soon)
