Have not received it yet, when looking through the manual it says "even if you are connected a poor connection will not send/receive notes"
and if a recipient deletes your friend card, if you try to send to them they will not receive it.

I have great connection and did not delete you so I don't know xD

Sent again. Also, do you have me enabled as a Doodle Viewer?

You should get it within minutes I would imagine. Try pressing the button on the top right of the bottom screen and pressing "SpotPass Delivery Check".

I sent a doodlebomb to somebody (US) a little while ago. It sent just fine.

Edit: I sent it 48 minutes ago and it took them about 16 minutes to receive it. I believe they also manually clicked the check for updates button in settings once or twice. That is also about the same time length it took the other night when I sent one to another user.

As I just mentioned, it has taken an average of 16 minutes or so for my letters to get delivered.
