Homebrew Doodlebomb Letter plz?

Hey guys, I just got my New 3DSXL v11.6 E and I've never used homebrew before.
I was reading about it and saw that the doodlebomb method still works, but someone needs to send me a letter. Can anyone tell me if it really works? If so, can someone send me a letter?

you can only use doodlebomb if you already have the letter so no we cant send it to you
