As for when, if you use the HBL cia, it'll auto-download, if you boot from something like soundhax, you will have to manually update it when it's released, just keep checking his twitter.

no he is right. the new update is fully based on destroying the hbl smea is in trouble with updating the payloads. he said both of this himself.

I personally only updated because I wanted to have a Vanilla SysNAND for the Kecleon Patch and have an 11.2 EmuNAND for everything else
