actually.... I would be worried. Just do everything you can to prevent data being sent to N. Because 3ds side of things received one giant ban hammer wave of insanity. So when given the option choose the option not to send data to Nintendo!

It could be corrupted or bad sectors? Try backing up all your files on your SD card onto your PC, format the card using GUIFormat, then put all your files back on the SD Card and see if it works.

No I checked no bad sectors. at least on my end.
