it will not work the nintendo 3DS folder is from YOUR SYSTEM NAND it will not work in other 3DS and just put the files in another 3DS will not install CFW.
If it were so easy, everyone would have already done it, YOU DON'T NEED ANOTHER 3DS TO INSTALL CFW JUST FOLLOW THE GUIDE TO INSTALL A9LH
