ive had a quick look around, and everyone is basically saying R4=M3 at the moment but gbatemp has no official m3 review and god damnit i want a flashcart

so

r4 cons:

- Basic, dated GUI
- Lacking extra features
- English firmware updates slower than Chinese
- Low homebrew compatibility
- Lacking download play support

extra features pretty vague, also the m3 simply doesnt have them either. firmware updates it seems i can live with.

hardware-wise and extras-wise m3 = r4

does m3 have either of those at the moment? i cant really see one of them overtaking the other in this department and as they seem to be identical i doubt if one company dies some smartass would run the firmware on the other one. so basically im going to buy one of these soon, which? the only m3 homebrew compatability i saw in the reviews was for homebrew games, not snezzids etc. halp?
