Donkey Kong Super

I have always been about "retro" gaming and felt that a few retro news posts from time to time would be beneficial to the GBATemp community. This Donkey Kong *remake* is for the Windows PC environment. The game features "all the original levels, along with special levels as seen in the unofficial Donkey Kong 2." Be sure to check the project post for more information, additional screen shots, and a download link.

It's buggy, and Mario doesn't jump the same as in the arcade game. Also, the sound is crap. Overall, I rate it better looking than the original, but not as fun.

Seriously? Drop Norton, get Avast.
Norton detects so many false positives, which it's doing for you.

from the project post link...

QUOTE* Some people have reported a trojan in linereceiver.mfx - this is a false positive picked up by your antivirus. In no way is this file harmful or malicious.

I think I'd rather 10 false positives than 1 false negative!
Actually there have been many more viruses I have received while norton was installed compared to Avast. Plus virus definitions are updated often and the ability to report a false positive are in Avast.
And there's no such thing as a false negative, all virus software can have some sort of virus it won't detect.
