Dolphin emulator problem HELP!

I try to run a game or go to the Wii menu and an error comes out it says "Failed to initialize Direct3D. Make sure your video card at least supports D3D 10.0". I have Direct3D11 then I use Direct3D9 it has a black screen and I can't do anything about it. I then use OpenGL and I get another freaking error that says "GPU: OGL ERROR: Need GL_ARB_Sampler_objects.GPU: Does your video card support OpenGL 3.3?Please report this issue,then there will be a workaround" I then use Software Renderer and I only get 1-5 FPS! If it helps my adaptor is an ATI Radeon Xpress 1150. Someone please help me!

Easy help here mate, don't bother trying with that card.... You'll never get Dolphin running with it - probably about 1-5fps if you somehow did I'm afraid.
