Hacking Dolphin 5.0

So im having a problem here

Im trying to install the new night build of Dolphin but as soon as i open it it appears:

"The program cannot start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I 1.1.O.dll..."

So i have tried to install the Windows visual C++ 2015 by uninstalling it from the PC and reinstalling but i get the error " 0x8024001" everytime i try it :/

I have W7 Enterprise...Any idea what i can do?


(unable to access wii and vwii btw)
