Hardware Does the Joycon save logs?

For instance, my controller asked for an update after my Nand backup. When i update and go back to the old nand backup the switch is maybe confused why my controller is already updated, which shouldnt be a problem because i just could have used a different switch to update my controllers, unless the Joycon itels saves some logs/Id's that especially my switch did the update and this couldt result into a ban.

Any thoughts?
