I heard reports of you not being able to get online on smash and mario golf. Is this true and if it is, is there a way to bypass the error message?

Some people are experiencing issues due to faulty template files, nothing that can't be ironed out in future updates. You're a UK user so you should be fine - I ran EUR Smash just fine without running into any problems.

thanks :)

I heard there are certain games that cannot play online so be careful with that.
The problem users are experiencing is a matter of the headers used, and those can be replaced in the template. Some errors might also be caused by the anti-10-game-limit patch since it modifies the ROM into a NO EEPROM type. We'll see how this develops - I haven't ran into any issues on the games I've tested, however some users have. I suggest reporting any such problems directly to Sky3DS so that they know which headers are problematic.

Exactly. This is not a problem of the cartridge itself, it's a problem with the template files which are constantly being updated. It sort of reminds me of the good old DS days and having to constantly update AK2i/AKIO loaders to account for new games. :P

Long story short, if you run into issues with online, be sure to mail the Sky3DS team and they'll sort it out in their updates. That, and if you want a cart with longevity, be sure to order the blue button cartridge, not the red button one which is limited to 10 games total (there's a way to crack the limitation, but it's clunky and causes issues).

yeah like Foxi4 say the problem with the template files which are constantly being updated

you cannot play online game you will get this Error Code 002-0123 some of the old or new template sky3ds team forgot to patch the online header

that why a lot of people get Error Code 002-0123 yes i know you can play online but sky3ds team need to patch the header in the template file to let you play online

just patch the online header you will be fine i patch my own online header in template file then burn the game
