Gaming Does Series S accept 3.0 HDD as extra storage?

I've known for a while that 3.0 USB HDDs aren't that fast, may take GTA V 3 mins to load. But im ok with that.

Afaik for Series enhanced games they have to be on the SSD but others e.g. BC can be on HDD.

You can also copy Series S/X games too it to store them, but to play them again they need to be moved back to the SSD.
