It doesn't need patching, Wifi obviously won't work yet, Linking doesn't work and Download Play does not work (D/P doesn't even have Download Play wtf?)

WiFi does work, linking to Wii works if you have a G6 slot1, D/P has no download play.

If you are using it on an emulator, no it doesn't. Flashcart, yes, Wi-Fi will work.
