Emulation Homebrew GBA Does pGBA finally exist?

I was looking at the family of pFBNEO, pSNES, pGEN, etc. and I've found this : https://github.com/Cpasjuste/pemu/tree/master/src/cores/pgba
Is it a WIP project or can we build the app ourselves? If so, how can I build it for myself?

I'm very excited about an eventual pGBA, thanks for your help!

It seems to be a WIP. There was no pGBA in the latest pemu stable release (pfbneo, pgen, pnes, psnes).
pGBA will be a frontend for mGBA, so you may consider using mgba directly, which has a standalone native port for switch.
