We should make an "official" test thread.

Having both an M3 Simply and an Ncard that I wanted to sell, I'd like to know if the Ncard can do the transfer. If so, it might be a good idea to keep the Ncard and sell the M3 instead since it could be used with the next Wii games and it have almost the same features as the M3...

I have a cyclods evolution, and from my experience this feature doesn't work. It just brings up a white screen and restarts the game.

Am I the only one who thought of this?

I don't have Pokémon Battle Revolution, and I'm not going to buy it, but I will probably use connectivity in future Wii-games.
I guess they'll work different (as AFAIK Pokémon Diamond / Pearl are the only ones that search for a signal when started) and use Download Play or something (please, no!) but for this game it might work.

What if you have some spare game with the same savetype as Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, put the savegame on it (via Rein or something), then boot Slot 2 in NDS-mode (you'll need a Slot-2-cart and a passcard / FlashMe). When you're M3 (or whatever) is booted you take out the passcard (if you needed one) and insert the spare game with the save on it. Now you just start Pokémon Diamond / Pearl from the Slot-2-cart. You search for the signal and you try if it recognizes the save.

It might or might not work... Why doesn't anyone just try it

Well, maybe someone has it, and is able to try it. Or maybe someone can just try if it works when using the rom from a Slot-2 cart with the original game game in Slot 1?

US-ROM on Supercard + JP-Original in Slot 1 + Supercard ROM set to save/load in Slot 1 = White Screen.

^ Uh, no, he's right. Pokémon DP has a 4M savetype, which is currently only available in Pokémon Diamond JP, Pearl JP, Diamond US, Pearl US and Zelda Hourglass.

By the way, I have to correct myself. I don't get a white screen, but rather a screen claiming that I removed the DS-card.

Okay, if I go and buy a G6DS, can I convert the saves from my Supercard Lite or will they be in a different format? There's no point in uprading if I can't use the saves.

EDIT: Just found this SaveGame Converter which converts into G6DS format - but it doesn't have "Supercard Lite" in it's list of options. It has Supercard CF and Supercard One though - would either of those work for me?

If so, anyone know a good place to buy one in the UK?

DSLink and M3 Simply produce white screens immediately upon attempting to connect.

Interestingly, the M3 Lite is able to make a connection and is recognized by the Wii, but eventually gets stuck and produces white screens.

i just like to say WOW, cuz we are on now page 4. i know that we have typed the Flashing Hardware and Software has been posted in the pages before, and people are still posting the M3, G6, etc. over and over again
