Hacking Does homebrew exist that lets you copy VC start-up points?

I'm sure I recall something like this, that lets you copy your start-up/pick-up point (you know, when you select a NES/SNES, etc. channel) EDIT: SAVE STATE when you're playing through a VC game to SD card, as opposed to just the save data?

I think he's talking about copying the Save State the Wii uses for NES/SNES... save game extractor requires you to put in the game disc, and to my knowledge, VC games don't use a game disc...

I don't think there is a way to copy the save state data to your SD card right now... that's why alot of people use Emu's... most of them have save states.

Just a random point here but the Wii uses save states on more than just nes and snes games, just sayin
Would be cool if someone could take advantage of this with some sort of brew working in the background, then you could save multiple states and reload whenever you want. Though I don't think it can be done yet, but a good idea for the future.

I know that Kekkon, it uses save states for every VC title that's NOT N64... NES/SNES/Genesis/TG16/NeoGeo, and any others that I may have missed... just NOT N64...

I was just saying S/NES because that's what the OP asked about...

And still, as of now, there's no way to copy the Save State to the SD card... your best bet is if your not too far into the game, just start over in an Emu, not only will you save space on your Wii's internal memory, but you won't be limited with the games you can play!
