you need to run ntr on your emunand. but you can run the game by itself. you won't need ntr though for version 3.01. You should add me though in your my castle!

The CIA is like 1.68 gb my sd is like 3gb or 2gb. I plan on getting a new one.

This game is a Nightmare to install on my 3DS, I tried all that i could, 3 different cias of the same game installed with BBM, DevMenu and FBI with multiple versions, only to get an error of "Import Failed", I used Devmenu Sysnand Rxtools Mode + FBI to see if i can have something and...nothing, Invalid Argument, Invalid Signature... shit, *sigh*, there must be a solution for this.

I have an O3DS with MSET in 4.1.0, with an Emunand in 10.3 and Rxtools, you see, I tried about everything, including using another new SD card with clearly space enough to fit this game?, the result?, it failed, all the results always lead to "99.8%" (very frustrating btw), not only that, this is the only game that happens, all the other games whatever reason or another, can get installed pretty easily once i solve some things, but this one not, there's always "Level Permanent, Level Fatal, Couldn't Identify NCHC".

Like, what the heck should i do now?, I still have one thing but, i don't think that will work either, so i'm pretty much stuck up at everything i do while trying to install this game.

Edit: I finally did it, all it took me was an Emunand Formatted, but i did it, it worked, it's awesome.

No, Invisible Kingdom is translated, just not all the other DLC. Some important things are translated in the DLC(One chapter of DLC where you decide between Witch and Ballistician, that's translated). But other than that, most of it ISN'T translated(I'm talking about the DLC Chapters not IK)
