Yep, it's just the same as downgrading a 10.4-10.6 3DS since 10.7 didn't patch anything.

Use smashbroshax and start Homebrew Launcher with it, then downgrade to 9.2?

Should i make a NAND Dump with Hardmod? Or is the downgrade stable?

Yes it's safe. You don't need to hardmod that might brick your 3ds

The downgrade is quite stable. I tried it on 10.7

It was patched on 10.6 and still patched on 10.7

Pretty much you download 9.2 of your region , extract to the root of your SD the folder updates, launch sysupdater and select downgrade. Then install an emunand to the SD and make a sysnand backup with emunand9 and install rxtools(not the beta)

The size of the SD card is what matters. 32 gigs is fine.

Higher than 32 gigs works, as long as it's formatted as Fat32 rather than ExFat which is default for => 64 gigs.

The SD card he mentioned was 32 gigs, which is why I said 32 gigs is fine. Had he said 16 or 8, I would've told him to get a larger SD.
