Homebrew Does CTGP-7 (3DS) Have 200cc?

I've heard over on other forums that it has this as well as red yoshi but I've (after playing this mod for months and mastering 150cc) never seen it. I know i have the latest edition of CTGP-7 on my 3DS because of the installer application. Just wondering if this is a hoax or if there's something wrong with my 3DS's cia.

Yes!! it has Its is a custom multiplier You can have 1-999cc (You can set it from 1-999 so also 200cc) (Its the SELECT or START Button if i can remember correctly And the Speed Modifier or CC Modifier. Hit save and enjoy)

The last time i Play CTGP-7 It had (Waluigi, Red Yoshi, Chain-Chomp and more)

Also added (The cc modifier is not in the launcher but in the game itself) (If you start up on the main menu hit select or start that will work)
