About everything natural health group says is crapOr is it just a popular myth promoted by natural health groups?
Do you know what they call alternative medicine that's been proven to work? Medicine.
if you had so much toxins in your body, you'd be dead
Well depending on what you're talking about, the digestive thingy works. There's a short diet made of seeds and tea that helps to clean your insides. But imho, anyone who wants to start a diet should ask his doctor first, because a diet is not something small, even if we don't see it or feel it it puts a lot of stress to the body. There's a nice book about the effects of your digestive system on your body called "Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body's Most Underrated Organ", written by Giulia Enders if you're interested in gutsThat^^ your kidneys and liver should be doing all the heavy lifting. If you see "NEW SUPER FOOD DISCOVERED!!1!11" or "CLEANSE YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM WITH NEW SIMPLE TRICK" it's 150% bullshit
Yeah i use it sometime when i cook but my point is that if you were in a point where you are poisoned, it isn't some cillantro that will help you and thou should rather see a doctorThat is not a rational argument. It's possible to have lots of toxins in your body and still be alive.

Liver and kidneys do their best, but overworking them can cause damage.
It tastes great anyway if you use it properly, so it's not like you're losing anything.
I've heard that aluminum deposits in the brain over time because the body can't process it. Would be useful against long term issues like that if it were true.
Oh shit, I didn't read your post. I'm going to have to look this up to see what they're referring to. If they mean literal heavy metals your looking at removing things the body actually uses like iron and zinc. That is literally what I just talked about. Aluminium is not a heavy metal. In fact it is one of the lightest metals and if we exclude alkali, earth alkali metals, alkine earth metals and metalloids, Aluminium is the lightest "true" metal there is.

plus there isn't any proof that it have effect on metal poisoning nor that it helps your kidneys or liver
so it just stays a good seasoning herb
Nah from an objective point of view it is pretty obvious that it ain't gonna do anythingI don't know about where you live, but when you go to the doctor in the uk suffering from the symptoms of heavy metal poisoning then they just put it down to old age and don't take anything seriously.
Supposedly it was a Doctor that found it had that effect, the problem is that big pharma pushes all the advice given to other Doctors. So unless someone figures out how to make money out of people eating coriander for it's health benefits, then there aren't going to be any large scale studies.
There is also debate whether the coriander could be giving you more heavy metal, because if it's grown in polluted soil then it will be cleansing the soil but dumping it in you. Plus there is a theory that it doesn't necessarily get rid of it from your body and can just move the heavy metals around & you need to take other things to make sure it's extracted.
Mercury fillings are poisoning a lot of people, but nobody does anything about that because it doesn't actually kill you.
