Homebrew Does CFW out of region feature show icon and manuals?

I got Rhythm Thief US recently and I'm using a EU console. Will Luma allow me to just click on actual game icon like it had the proper region? Can I check the manual and other things?

Yes. I have MM Eur installed on my USA console, and it works perfectly without any added work from me.
